As we prepare for an incredible huge 2026 season in the summer, it is time to kick off our preparations with first staff meeting of Leadership Legion Main Program. This is our biggest update yet, specifically tailored for our Grade 3-6 participants (Novice to Competent Stages). With the official addition of   6th Grade , we are expanding into middle school territory, bringing higher stakes and professional growth to our young leaders.   6th Grade & Middle School Expansion The Competent Stage:  Middle schoolers move into the Competent Stage, advancing from the foundational Novice Stage & Advanced Stage of 3rd-5th grades.
